The Guzzler is a powerful and efficient industrial vacuum system designed to clean up and recover a full spectrum of materials from solids and dry bulk powders to liquids, slurries, and thick sludge. Depending on material type, it can operate effectively in remote or inaccessible locations more than 1,000 feet away. The Guzzler is simple to operate and easy to maintain.
The Guzzler is an industrial vacuum truck with 6000 CFM 28 inch positive displacement blowers and 18 cubic yard debris bodies and bag house filtration.
130 barrel self contained vacuum trailers that are ASME and DOT 407/412 compliant with diesel engine and 400 CFM vacuum pump.

The Rotating Hose System is designed to clean lines in the most efficient way possible. This system is the safest way to clean piping in the industrial cleaning industry. Lighthouse ES utilizes varying hose sizes and pressures to match each particular job. The rotating hose system can be used to clean hard deposits such as coke and plastic. It can also be used to clean tar and other substances.
Product and scale deposits begin building up along the walls of a line over time. We have engineered a nozzle that remains forced against the wall and cuts the product while rotating. The rotary action and nozzle design can greatly reduce the amount of streaking that is consistent in hydroblasting.
The costs associated with cleaning lines include downtime labor for pipe fitters to break the lines in multiple spots, scaffolding, and the invoice price from the line cleaning. By using the rotating hose system there is potential savings in all three categories. Lighthouse ES is committed to providing a superior service and working with our customers to save them money.
This system provides 100% cleaning on the I.D. of piping.
The hose rotates 360 degrees, continuously hugging the I.D. of piping.
As the hose rotates, the wheels propel the rotating hose into the line and around multiple 90s.
This system can be used on lines up to 1,500 feet in length.
The function of this nozzle has made it possible to clean tanks and vessels without personnel actually entering the undesirable environment. Therefore, the expensive, difficult, and often dangerous aspects ofthe job are greatly reduced.
Powerful water jets have cut through deposits such as polystyrene, acrylic resins, coke, rubber, boiling scale, and copolymers. The rotating water jets reach into corners and other difficult or impossible areas to clean.
The 3D Nozzle is another example of Lighthouse ES's commitment to quality and safety. If there is any way possible, we will reduce or eliminate any possible risk of injury to our employees.
The 3D Nozzle offers many advantages for confined space cleaning applications.
The cleaning crew generally consists of a two man crew.
Reduced costs consist of lower cleaning costs, no scaffolding requirements and less downtime.
Less exposure to gases and less hazardous working conditions.
Eliminates the need for vessel entry and the dangers associated with vessel entry.
Fully automated - This takes the cleaning tool from the operator's hand and eliminates the possiblity of injury.
The 3D allows for continuous work.
When a person is cleaning with a hand lance, there are severe limitations on the amount of horsepower that can be utilized. With a 3D nozzle, a company can utilize up to 1,800 horsepower.
When cleaning by hand, the operator might use 15 gpm. When using a 3D nozzle, some nozzles allow for up to 150 gpm at 20,000 psi.
